By downloading or using Cinecast ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
Cinecast is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0. You may use, copy, modify, and distribute the App in accordance with that license. The source code is available at github.com/mrmoe28/cinecast.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Cinecast only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to:
- Record content without authorization from the content owner
- Upload content to YouTube that violates YouTube's Terms of Service
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
3. YouTube API Services
When you use the YouTube upload feature, you are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for any content you upload to YouTube through the App.
4. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors of Cinecast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or lost recordings.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
